POLICY:

GUARANTEE the merchandise to be as described and I provide a refund
when item is not as described or the customer is not fully satisfied
with their purchase.
Merchandise should be checked
upon arrival, if damaged contact us within 72 hours for
a replacement or credit.
If you are not happy for any reason, please contact me
within 7 days of receipt of the order.
ALL Collectibles MUST be returned with original
wrapping, hang tags and any original boxing.

I do not ship worldwide. We cannot ship to the following

Orders for handmade greetings cards
will be painted and dispatched within 24 hours from receipt
of your order providing payment has been established.
Watercolour paintings, woodturnings and wood crafted items
may take longer depending on stock.
POSTAGE DELAYS:
If your item has to be made to order, work will begin as
soon as your order has been received and the customer will
be informed via email of the estimated postage date.

ORDERS:
International orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority
with confirmation. Additional International shipping
charges will be invoiced through PayPal and must be paid
prior to shipping.
To ensure efficient delivery, please

email address. If there is any problem with your order
you will be contacted via either your telephone number or
email address.
CHANGING ORDERS: I cannot add to, cancel or change an
