No matter how you say it, everyone loves getting hand painted
greetings cards. Original watercolour greetings cards are especially
treasured. If you have ever thought of making or painting your own
watercolour greetings cards and haven't yet done so, I hope you find as
much inspiration, motivation and ideas from my galleries to allow you to
start to design and paint your own selection of watercolour greeting
cards.
Ways to attract more potential buyers, make them pay attention and most
of all make them buy your custom greeting cards is to offer them
something special.
Greeting cards are a great way to raise some funds even if it is just to
cover the cost of your hobby. Whether it is for your business, or maybe special community projects, it is easy for anyone to
make and or paint greeting cards that will sell effectively. However, before you go ahead with
making or painting greeting cards, you may want to know how to design your cards so that more people will buy them.
Let me give you a few important tips that should easily attract more potential buyers and hopefully buy a bunch of them as well.
You must firstly have a unique image twist otherwise they will just look
all the millions of others on the market.
This means that most greeting card buyers are faced with choosing the best among the
all so common cards they encounter.
If you want to really get those people to buy your greeting cards you
need to try adding a unique twist.
Sometimes, it pays to be experimental with your ideas, instead of the traditional images try something new. You might want to adopt a new style or art
form for the greeting card image in place of traditional ones. As long as it is fresh and not yet seen before, you should be able to get more people interested in buying those custom greeting cards.
BBelow are a few of my original watercolour designs offered for sale.
It's my hope that they inspire you to have a go and who knows you could
be soon turning your ideas in to a new business venture. Happy
Crafting!!
